Mr. McKowen has over 30 years of experience in identifying market trends and establishing early stage public companies. In 1997, Mr. McKowen helped form and provide the initial capital for Navidec, Inc. an internet marketing company that obtained a NASDAQ National Market listing and grew to over $1 billion in market capitalization. In 2004, Mr. McKowen oversaw a reverse merger and helped provide the initial capital for BPZ Resources, Inc. an oil and gas exploration company that obtained an NYSE listing and grew to over $1 billion in market capitalization. In 2006, Mr. McKowen formed Two Rivers Water Company and has been responsible for all corporate strategies, acquisitions, corporate development and capital formation for the Company. Mr. McKowen has an economics degree from Metropolitan State College.

Gary Barber

Mr. Barber has over 15 years of experience in managing and developing water assets in the western United States. He is the current Chairman of the Arkansas Basin Roundtable which was established by the Colorado Water for the 21st Century Act to facilitate discussions on water management issues and encourage locally driven collaborative solutions amongst the nine major river basins in Colorado. Mr. Barber served as Manager of the El Paso County Water Authority for the past ten years. Mr. Barber has formed and operated three water Special Districts in the State of Colorado. Mr. Barber is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy.

Wayne Harding

Mr. Harding has over 22 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and public company reporting. He was the former board member, head of audit, governance and compensation committees for Aerogrow International (OTC: AERO). He is a former President Colorado Society of CPAs and served on the Governing Council of the American Institute of CPAs. Mr. Harding has an undergraduate degree in accounting and a MBA from the University of Denver. He is a Colorado Licensed Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), Colorado Society of CPAs, and Financial Executives International. Mr. Harding is the recipient of the Special Recognition Award granted by the AICPA for his groundbreaking work in XBRL.
